Returns are accepted if packaging damage renders the product(s) unusable. We do not accept returns for cosmetic dents or chips in packaging that may occur in transit. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and can be processed by emailing hello@kosterina.com. We will provide a free return shipping label and refund you the value of your purchase minus $5.99 shipping costs.
